Rescue Me ID: 16-12-31-00337Salena (female)

Boston Terrier Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Male Dogs Only, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Somewhat Dominant
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Intelligent, sweet, super snuggles. Does well with my older non-reactive male. Does not do well with dominant female in house hold and needs to find a home now. House trained, knows basic commands, does very well with my frail grandmother, loves to go for rides or just hang out. Has spent the day at work with me in a Veterinary clinic and did very well. Outgoing with everyone she meets. Adopted from a shelter that did not allow introductions and due to fights over jealousy or any overexcited behavior with the other dogs she needs to be rehomed ASAP. She would make a wonderful companion and has lots of love and laughter to give. Approximately ... (Read More)2 years old. Previous home stated that she is good with children and tolerant of handling and play. No food, treat or toy issues with people and does well with structured feeding with other dogs. We believe she is a pit/Boston terrier mix. We are absolutely heart broken that she has to go since her personality has really come out and we have gotten so attached in the 6 weeks we have had her. We have tried everything possible to integrate her in our family but the discord and injuries between her and our female are escalating. In order for her to be adopted interviews and home checks will be conducted. Please contact me if you are interested and have a loving home to give! (Less)
