Cub Basenji/Boston Terrier mix Female 10 months old 25 lbs. Ooohh, aren't I cute? My foster mama says that I remind her of a wild baby bear, so she named me Cub. You'd think I was all business 'cause I can be reserved with new people (probably the Basenji in me coming out), but I'm really a lovebug once I get to know you. I could just cuddle all day long - and trust me, once you get to cuddling this kid, you're not gonna want to stop! The only thing that could get my cute tushy off the couch (naps are pretty much the best invention ever) is a good game of tug-o-war with my doggy friends. I would love to be in a family with another dog so I ... (Read More)can learn more about playing and leaping and being just plain goofy. I do get a little selfish when it comes to my bones and food, though, so I will probably need to eat separately until I learn some manners. Also, you gotta know that kitties just aren't in the cards for me - I like them a little too much and might start to chase. Kiddos are okay, but maybe just the bigger ones. I'm still trying to figure everything out and can be nervous around new things (you should have seen me try to figure out those dang stairs), so wobbly, toddly little kids are probably too much for me. I would really do best with a patient, loving family who can take the time to learn my secret language of ear twitching (I know, so cool! You can tell what I'm thinking just by watching the way my ears twitch!) and help me overcome my shyness. I'm already pretty much potty-trained and great at sleeping in my crate, but I will need you to teach me some more doggy manners since I'm still a pup. If you think you're ready for this much love and cuteness and up for helping me become my best self, then please send an e-mail to and fill out an adoption application on the website. Can't wait to be your brand new cuddlebug! (Less)

Animal ID: 15-01-08-00654George (male)

Boston Terrier Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Health: Neutered

Greetings, my name is George! I am a six year old terrier mix with lots of personality. Like many terriers, I am fairly high energy. I need regular exercise and a home with a fenced yard. Even though I am small in stature, I will assert myself around larger dogs. My ideal adopter would be willing to socialize me and further my training (commands and house training). Adoption fee is $175 and covers microchip, DAPP, Rabies, Heart Worm test and spay/neuter. Adoption fees also allow us to continue saving animals. Please email for more information, as we can not accept calls at this time.
