Rescue Me ID: 17-10-02-00482Hutch (male)

Boston Terrier Mix    Age: Young Adult

Health: Vaccinations Current

Hutch is about 2 %BD years old and is the product of a stray brown dog who had a relationship with a purebred Boston terrier male in the Boston's yard. The Boston's owner kindly kept the mama until the puppies were born, then brought the whole gang to us. The female puppies looked just like the boston terrier father. The males looked like nothing I have ever seen before! The mama and the other 3 puppies were adopted and 2 1/2 years later Hutch is still here. He is cute (just look at that face!), very high energy and loves people. He has had some 'issues' through the fence with the male next door at feeding time but in general he is a very ... (Read More)easy to handle dog. He has been alone in a kennel since his brother was adopted so we can't say for certain how he will behave with other dogs but he does not have issues with the dogs on the right side of his kennel, only has snarling matches with the guy on the left. This boy needs a home. He may or may not have some pit in him but his appearance is not pit like and he is about 40 pounds, maybe less.
