How could anyone resist that adorable face and those great ears?! This is Frankie! He is a 1-2 year old Corgi Mix, possibly with Boston Terrier or Beagle. This sweet boy is 21 lbs of pure cuteness. He is house trained, very playful with other dogs, and is indifferent to cats. We rescued him from Summit County Animal Control. He had Cherry Eye, a condition that requires surgery, which is why he was probably abandonned. We did the surgery to correct the Cherry Eye, so his eyes appear a little red in the photos but they will clear up soon. He is also neutered, and UTD on shots! Boston Terrier Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Very High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Needs Vaccinations

The vet says he belives this is a wire-haired Jack Russell/Boston Terrier mix. He is very energetic (he can 'bounce' 4 feet in the air). He is a lover, loves to be held, loves to be in the yard with you. I rescued this dog when he was 3 months old. I saw him being thrown out of a truck in Middletown Ohio. When I went back and got him his tummy was covered with cigarette burns and he'd clearly been beaten by a man. For the first 6 months I had him, he cowered when a man came near him. He is completely over that now. I have acclimated him to many males. The only time he can get scared is if a man yells in a stern voice around him. ... (Read More)Unfortunately he has learned to dig and to break my older fence sections in order to escape. My neighbors are tired of the Houdini act, and have banded together to call the pound and have him hauled away. I don't want this to happen. I need to find him a suitable situation for his high energy lifestyle. He's a great mole destroyer, and super sweet. It is killing me to re-home him, but I see no other alternative. I will post a pic/vid later today. Thank you for considering Oreo. My kids and I are devastated over this. I will require meeting his potential new owners prior to adoption. (Less)

OK, so this is not my best picture, but, please doesn't let it detract you from considering me as your forever friend. My foster mom and my rescue group will get better pictures! I promise. It's just that I am so excited to get my picture taken I just can't get a good one going. I am such a great girl! I am under 30 lbs. I live with a beagle mix canine sibling and a cat. My foster mom works every day and I am just fine to be alone with my feline and canine siblings. My foster mom walks me several times daily because she doesn't have a fenced yard. I am fine with my walks and enjoy them. I am house-broken and love my crate. I wil lmake such a ... (Read More)great pet because of my love for everyone combined with my house manners!
