     We were able to find a loving home for our dog Sam. We had several people contact me about him and all seemed to be dog lovers. We were a bit concerned that there would be some people who would just be interested in getting our dog just to sell him, or worse, take him to a pound if they did not like him.      We adopted Bandit almost a month ago. We have a female Boston we wanted a companion for. He was the perfect addition to our family, and companion for Daisey. Bandit and Daisey love playing tug of war, running around chasing after each other and most of all snuggling together. Thank you for starting Rescue Me! for those who need rescued. We hope every animal on here finds a good home that they deserve.

     We had a response within hours of posting on Rescue Me, we had had other offers for Ashes, but the people who contacted us through Rescue Me were the only ones good enough for our dog's new home. It was incredibly hard to let her go, but the best thing for her. We are very grateful for this site in helping us find our dog a good home.

     Remi was a family dog from six weeks old. When my daughter could no longer care for him because of allergies, we set out to find him a home. Over many months, we interviewed many prospective parents, but the fit just didn't seem right. Then we got a message from a family only two miles away with a little girl Boston and two four year old twin girls with as much energy as our little Remi. He was so happy about his new girlfriend, he didn't even care to be leaving. It was a perfect match.

     Hi Jeff, Tater Tot was adopted by a wonderful couple about a month ago that contacted me through your site. As tough as it was to let go of my little boy, I knew he needed someone that could give him more time and special care. He is thriving and I know he is in the right loving hands. His new parents send me photos and I went by their home to see him last week... he remembers me, but knows who his new mom is and is learning more and more how to be a good disciplined boy. I was lucky to find someone only 10 miles from my home. We are planning a play date soon so Tater Tot and my other dogs can get together and have some fun!      Thanks for asking about Rex. He is a very high energy dog that loves children and 'his' people. He is extremely territorial and did not fit with other dogs. We have a large Border collie our daughter is caring for for us but, Rex would have nothing to do with him or any other dog or cat. He is King. The family that adopted him had a mom that worked at home and the cutest 3 year old. Rex fell in love with the child took his toy, his blankie, kissed us goodbye and left. I will send donation later.
